1. Shipping Policy

At Dr. Fel's Naturals, we are committed to delivering our natural wellness solutions to your doorstep as quickly and sustainably as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within [10-15] business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during a sale or product launch), shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in your shipment.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Dr. Fel's Naturals is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and reach out to our support team at [customerservice@drfelsnaturals.com] so we can assist you in the process.

6. Missing Packages

If your tracking info shows that your package was delivered but you can't find it:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management.

  2. Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark items delivered prematurely).

  3. Contact us at [customerservice@drfelsnaturals.com] if it remains missing after 48 hours.

2. Subscriptions & Recurring Payments

By selecting our "Subscribe & Save" (or similar subscription) option, you agree to the following terms:

2.1. Automatic Renewal

Your subscription to Dr. Fels Naturals will automatically renew every 30 days (the "Subscription Period"). By signing up, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method at the then-current rate for your selected products, plus any applicable taxes and shipping fees, on a recurring basis without further authorization from you, until you cancel your subscription.

2.2. Billing Cycle

The initial charge will be processed at the time of your first purchase. Subsequent recurring charges will occur on the same day of each following month (e.g., if you subscribe on the 5th, you will be billed on the 5th of every month). If your billing date falls on a day that does not exist in a given month (e.g., the 31st), you will be billed on the last day of that month.

2.3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next Subscription Period, you must cancel your subscription at least [48/72] hours prior to your next scheduled billing date.

  • Post-Processing Cancellations: If you cancel after an order has already been processed or shipped, that order will not be refunded, and your cancellation will take effect for the following month.

2.4. Modifications and Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our subscription prices or the discount percentage offered for "Subscribe & Save" orders. We will provide you with at least 30 days' notice via email before any price changes take effect. Your continued use of the subscription after the price change constitutes your agreement to the new price.

2.5. Pausing or Swapping Products

Through your account dashboard, you have the flexibility to:

  • Skip a Month: Delay your next shipment without canceling your subscription.

  • Swap Products: Change which supplements you receive in your monthly box.

  • Changes must be made [48] hours before your next billing date to apply to the upcoming shipment.
